Things to Know
TAXES & FEES: All lodging, camping, and guided tour reservations are subject to local and state taxation and NPS approved energy surcharge. Concessions at Mesa Verde National Park are managed by ARAMARK, an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service.
A $15 per family vehicle NPS entry permit is required at the park entrance and is valid for 7 consecutive days. Visit www.nps.gov/MEVE for more information.
LODGING, CAMPSITES & GUIDED TOURS
Payment Policy: Pre-payment equal to one night accommodation rental fee, plus each tour seat reserved, is payable by credit card at time of booking. Balance is due at time of check-out. Package bookings require pre-payment equal to the full length of stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel policies are rate specific. You can view the policy by clicking on the rate name when availability returns. All cancellations received with less than the stated notice will result in forfeiture of the pre-payment.
Miscellaneous
Check In / Check Out: Far View Lodge check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Morefield Campground check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Half day tours depart from Far View Terrace at 8:00AM and 1PM daily.
- Please board ARAMARK bus at least 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.
Daylight Savings Time is observed in the State of Colorado and Mesa Verde National Park.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in limited Standard rooms only. A $50.00 deposit (refundable pending no excess cleaning or damage) and a fee of $10.00 per pet, per night, are required. Pets are not allowed on park trails or in archaeological sites or public buildings. Pets must be physically restrained at all times and may not be left unattended in Lodge rooms, campsites or vehicles.
