Our Chef: Chef Brian Puett, who joined us in 2009, brings a colorful and diverse background to the Mesa Verde’s restaurants. His passion for travel has allowed Chef Puett to spice up his repertoire of international culinary favorites, while savoring adventuresome food dishes that have helped expand the Metate Room menu. The entrance fee to the Mesa Verde National Park is - $15.00 per car from Memorial Day to Labor Day and $10.00 per car for the rest of the year.
