Payment Policy: Deposit equal to a one-night stay including taxes and/or surcharges is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/Changes made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation policies vary with promotional rates.
Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charges apply for extra persons age 12 years and older. Rollaway beds not available.
Pet Policy: Two pet maximum. A fee of $25.00 per pet is required. Pets are not allowed on park trails, in archaeological sites, public buildings, or Kiva Deluxe View rooms. Pets must be under physical control at all times and may not be left unattended in lodge rooms or vehicles. Housekeepers will not enter a room housing a pet or service animal. Responsible pet ownership includes proper disposal of pet waste.
Smoking Policy: All lodge rooms at Far View Lodge are nonsmoking.

Payment: Deposit of first nights stay plus taxes and surcharges is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of check-in.
Cancellation: Please cancel/change your reservation by 4:00 pm, local time, 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of full deposit. Daylight Saving Time is observed in Colorado and in Mesa Verde National Park.

National Park Service Senior/Access Pass Policy: Passes are applicable to all camping. Discount will be applied only to campsite occupied by the person to whom the passport has been issued.

Upon check-in you will need to fill out the Boarding Agreement & Acknowledgement of Risk form as well as provide veterinarian contact information and up-to-date vet vaccination records.
Tours Info & Policies
Payment: Full payment due at time of booking.
Cancellation: Guests may cancel more than 72 hours prior to tour to avoid penalty. Cancelling/changing within 72 hours will forfeit value of tour.
