Morefield Campground is more than just a place to pitch your tent. During the summer season, you can kick off your morning with an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at Knife Edge Café, located in Morefield’s full-service village. From here, explore Mesa Verde’s stunning hiking trails or hop on a guided bus tour of the park.
On-site amenities include a well-stocked grocery and camp store, a charming gift shop, and barbecue grills at each campsite for cooking under the stars. At day’s end, unwind beneath a sky full of stars and soak in the tranquility that makes Mesa Verde so special.

Whether you’re uploading photos from a cliff dwelling or checking in with family, high-speed internet is available throughout all site loops—so you can enjoy nature without losing touch.
Campground Check-In
Registration is required for all campers. Please check in at the Campground Store to receive your site assignment.
Late Arrivals:

• Full Hook-Up Sites: A map with directions will be posted on the store door.
• Other Sites: A welcome packet will be taped to the door with your information.
